HEALTHY AVOCADO CHOCOLATE SPREAD
If you’ve never tried avocado chocolate spread before, this healthy recipe will take you completely by surprise!
It is rich and silky smooth… and you really can’t taste the avocado!! Besides, it’s gluten free, refined sugar free, dairy free and vegan!

The best part about this avocado chocolate spread is that it tastes so decadent and so sinful that you completely forget you’re getting so many health benefits at the same time!
Avocados are 100% cholesterol-free, contribute nearly 20 vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients; and just one serving of the superfood offers 8% of the daily value of fiber—a nutrient which provides a feeling of fullness and has also been found to potentially reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.
So in Type 1 Diabetes the same rule applies, healthy fats are your friends! This healthy avocado chocolate mousse won’t cause you sugar spikes of any kind as long as you have stable levels when you’re about to consume this deliciousness!!

INGREDIENTS
2 large avocados
3 tablespoons of cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
4 tablespoons of yacon syrup or honey or powdered erythritol
4oz/100gr of dark chocolate chunks or chips (at least 80% or sugar-free)
STEPS
In a food processor or hand mixer, blend the avocados until completely smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the dark chocolate chunks and blend again until everything is fully incorporated.
Once everything is fully combined, melt the dark chocolate chunks, add it and mix until fully incorporated.
Pour in a cup and ready to eat with a spoon, your finger, with fruit, yogurt, lots of different options! If you want a thicker consistency, leave it in the fridge for some minutes before consuming.
* Store in the fridge for 1 week,

Este postre saludable es ideal en cualquier ocasión y momento del día. Es nutritivo, no lleva azúcares refinados, ni gluten, ni lácteos y es totalmente vegano!!

INGREDIENTES
2 aguacates grandes
3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1/4 cucharadita de sal rosa del Himalaya
4 cucharadas de sirope de yacón o miel o eritritol
100gr de chocolate negro en trozos derretido (romper una tableta o en pepitas. Que sea al menos 80% o sin azúcar)
PASOS
En un procesador de alimentos o una batidora de mano, triturar los aguacates un buen rato hasta que quede una consistencia completamente suave.
Añadir el resto de ingredientes menos el chocolate en trozos y mezclar bien hasta que quede bien incorporado todo.
Por último, derretir el chocolate y añadirlo a la mezcla hasta que quede completamente incorporado.
Verter en una taza y ya podéis consumirlo! Con cuchara, con el dedo, con fruta, con yogur, hay miles de opciones! Si queréis que tenga una consistencia más espesa, dejarlo un rato en la nevera antes de consumirlo.
* Conservar en la nevera durante 1 semana.
