FLOURLESS PROTEIN BROWNIE

Healthy flourless brownie that also has protein powder! I havenβt tried without the protein powder but can give you an alternative that I think will work! Needless to say this healthy brownie is gluten free, dairy free and has no added sugar!

Awesome macronutrients for this healthy recipe! This healthy brownie has high protein and fat content and very low carb and sugar content.
If you cut in 9 pieces these are the macronutrients:
199kcal Β· 9.1gr protein Β· 4.1gr net carbs Β· 2.5gr fiber Β· 1.5gr sugar Β· 16gr fat
Itβs a great option as dessert or snack any time of the day, every day of the week :)

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
75gr of coconut oil or grass-fed butter
80ml milk of choice
50gr dark chocolate (at least 85%) melted
50gr dark chocolate (at least 85%) in chunks
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
1/4 cup or 20gr of cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Optional: 1 or 2 scoops 30-60gr of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
Some chopped pecans or nut of choice
STEPS
Pre heat oven at 350F/175C. Grease or line 8inch/20cm square mold with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, coconut oil, milk, vanilla extract and 50gr of melted dark chocolate until fully combined.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the pecans and chopped dark chocolate and mix until fully combined.
Add the pecans and chopped dark chocolate and pour the batter into the mold.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes will make it sponge-looking like the pictures and 15 minutes will be more moist. It will also depend if you use 2 scoops of protein powder or just one or none. I used 2 scoops.
* Store in an air tight container at room temperature for 3 days, it could dry a little within days!

Este brownie sin harinas es ideal ya que es muy bajo en azΓΊcares y carbohidratos! AdemΓ‘s lleva proteΓna, aunque es opcional aΓ±adirla.
La consistencia es esponjosa, si no usas proteΓna va a quedar mΓ‘s tierno y menos esponjoso.
Los macronutrients por cada trozo si salen 9 son:
199kcal Β· 9.1gr proteΓna Β· 4.1gr carbs netos Β· 2.5gr fibra Β· 1.5gr azΓΊcar Β· 16gr grasa
INGREDIENTEs
3 huevos
75gr aceite de coco o mantequilla de vacas de pasto
80ml leche o bebida vegetal
50gr chocolate negro (al menos 85%) derretido
50gr chocolate negro (al menos 85%) en trozos
1/2 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1/3 taza de eritritol o endulzante preferido
1/4 taza o 20gr de cacao en polvo
1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato sΓ³dico
1/2 cucharadita de sal rosa del Himalaya
Opcional: 1 o 2 scoops 30-60gr ode proteΓna en polvo (vainilla o chocolate)
Trocitos de nueces o fruto seco preferido
PASOS
Pre calentar el horno a 175C. Engrasar un molde cuadrado de 20cm o colocar papel de horno.
En un bol, mezclar los huevos, aceite de coco, leche, extracto vainilla y los 50gr de chocolate derretido hasta que quede bien combinado.
AΓ±adir el resto de ingredientes poco a poco mezclando menos las nueces y trocitos de chocolate negro.
Una vez bien mezclado, aΓ±adir las nueces y el resto de los 50gr de chocolate negro en trozos y verter el relleno en el molde.
Hornear durante 15-20 minutos. 20 minutos harΓ‘ que el brownie quede esponjoso como en las fotos. Si horneas 15 minutos o menos quedarΓ‘ mΓ‘s desecho como un brownie tradicional. la consistencia tambiΓ©n va a depender de si usas 1, 2 o ningΓΊn scoop de proteΓna en polvo. Yo he usado 2 scoops pero si usas 1 o ninguna quedarΓ‘ mΓ‘s tierno y menos esponjoso.
* Conservar en un recipiente hermΓ©tico a temperatura ambiente durante 3 dΓas como mucho ya que se puede endurecer.
